"I've gone to Carolina in my mind..."

Hey guys,
Sorry it has been a while since I have updated. I had a crazy week last week with exams and have been working non-stop since Friday. I am currently on a James Taylor fix right now. The sound of his soothing voice and acoustic guitar just really seem to keep me controlled..lol. Anyway I am officially moved into my new place!!! whoop whoop!! I am still workin at the barn until May 31st. I will not be taking summer classes this summer but am definately staying in Athens and working...considering I'm signed up for 17 hours next semester and don't have hope. lol....oh well it could always be worse. I made okay grades this semester I made 1 A 2 Bs and get this a D lol not good on that but I'm retaking the same class with the same prof in the fall....hopefully it will be an A this time....hopefully. I'm sorry to Leigh who was disappointed in my blog a few days ago when she checked it. I am currently running behind on my schedule...I should already be in the shower. My friend Andrew Lyda will be here any minute and I am no where near being ready....AHHHH!!! I will write more tonight!! I have a LOST party to go to so I will talk about that and how I need sleep soooo bad but always seem to avoid it ...........lol until then...signing off

I'm moving on...

I first off want to apologize to Leigh and Rachel....I am sorry I could not update my blog last night. I wound up helping Chris Deans clean the overlook and I didn't get home until 2. I had soooooo much fun with the 8A crew last night. I miss all of you guys soo much. All those memories that we have together will tie us together FOREVER!!!!...P.S. Leigh I can't believe you just got me for White Rabbit Day.......AGAIN!!! what the heck.....I will get you back and it will not be just some stupid phone call...you just wait..LOL jk you know you're my girl. I also had fun with my usual crew last night after church! Mellow Mushroom is the way to go!! So I entitled the blog today moving on...because this weekend I am moving out of the horse farm and into a house...Exciting I know :) I will be moving some stuff tomorrow and then William King is coming on Sunday to help me with the rest. I'm excited about this move...although this is the first time I will have to pay rent ever. Well guys this one will be short tonight I will write about more on my mind tomorrow...on Reading Day but I am about to fall asleep so I need to go. I hope ya'll have a GRRAT day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Rest is History!!

It is 12:45 and I am currently in Psychology class with Mr. Richard Suplita. I have already worked with the horses, written a paper, worked at the daycare for a few hours and made time for lunch. WOW!!! still have a full day ahead too. My muscles feel AMAZING after the workout last night and by that of course I mean sore :P I saw an interesting thing today. At the daycare I work at there is a "special needs" child. I put that in quotes because he has actually never been diagnosed or tested. My theory is that he has autism. Anyway my reason for writing this is that I can not fathom the incredible wonder of the brain. This child is like 2 and doesn't talk much but can name and point out to you in a line every car known to man!! He reminds me alot of the child that I nanny...also a child with autism. I just think it is so AMAZING that the children are sooo brilliant but it is such a devastating blow when they won't respond to you. The child at the daycare is more respondant than the child that I nanny but I suspect this is because of the age difference. The older the child I think the worse the communication skills become. I could be thinking this way because I am sitting in Psych right now. I 'm not sure on that. Well followers on another note, you will be happy to know that I am almost done with my paper. Only a page left and I'll be cruising. The Lord really sent me off writing this morning on it and showed me great points I could make to have a coherent paper. I'm really pumped!!!! I have just decided to become a blogger! This is a site that is all about me! You can keep up with whats going on in my life and learn new interesting facts about me if you wish. If not then don't keep reading. I will try to blog as much as possible and let you know what new and exciting things are happening in my life, what God is showing me, and the craziness that insues when I am left alone....haha. My goal from this is that people may be inspired by what goes on in my life and maybe feel better about themselves or just get a good laugh about it.

Today the inspirational thought of the day is the sun is shining and it is a glorious day. What ever the burdens may be on your heart today let them fly out of the window as you cruise home from work, school, or just around today! Give them to God because only He can relieve the heaviness of the burdens. Things could ALWAYS be much worse and whats going on now will not matter in eternity or in the long run.

I miss home (Lyman) very much
I have a 5-7 page paper due on Wednesday
I have a 3 page paper due Thursday
I am not worried at all yet about either :)
I am no motivated to be in school anymore.
I can't believe that professor did that and he worked soo close here...YIKES!!!
I have to go home and clean water buckets....and I am excited about the card workout tonight!! WHOOPEE!!
I have the greatest friends in the world when I want them around but sometimes stuggle with loneliness....due to my own seclusion
I can't wait to roll the windows down in my car and drive home today!!!!
Today is a GREAT day and I love it!!
